1. By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented here.

2. The term of Sponsorship is for one year from date of contractual agreement.

3. Competition winners become the official “Scan.co.uk” representatives in all competitions for the duration of the sponsorship agreement.

4. A team is classed as a group of 5(FIVE) players; this must be the same 5(FIVE) players throughout ALL segments of the competition. No substitutions are allowed, except at the organiser’s discretion. Proof of this must be provided by the online competition organiser.

5. At least 3(THREE) players within the winning team must be UK citizens.

6. All 5 (FIVE) players must be UK residents.

7. All 5 (FIVE) players must be free from existing contracts and sponsorships with other teams and companies.

8. Whilst “in game” all team players are required to postfix tag of //scan.co.uk.

9. The winning team must agree to drop their existing name and all ties and agreements with other parties.

10. From start of contractual period the team of 5 players would be known as “TBA”

11. The “sponsor” will agree to supply all equipment as agreed in the contractual terms however all
equipment/materials supplied will remain the sole property of the “sponsor”.

12. The “sponsor” has sole discretion as to any changes in the agreement.

13. The “players” are responsible for any damage caused to any equipment/materials loaned/given to
them in the terms of the contractual agreement.

14. The contracted team will be obliged to play in competitions that the “sponsor” or his appointed representatives see fit.

15. The contracted team will be required to attend events and press meetings during the year at times to be confirmed by the “sponsor”.

16. The contracted team may be excused from specific events if sufficient reasons are provided and at least four weeks warning. Repeated absence from events will constitute a breach of contract.

17. Contracts will offered to the 5(FIVE) winning competitors at the LAN event, these contracts are non transferable as is all equipment supplied by the “sponsor”

18. All managerial aspects of the team will be handled by the representative(s) chosen by the “sponsor”.

19. The “sponsor” reserves the right to cancel/modify the contract or terms of contract at anytime and require the return of all supplied equipment/materials.

20. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotion or disqualify participants if there is any fraud or misconduct determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
